Stakeholder Engagement

Stakeholder Engagement

Does your system really engage stakeholders for every record update?

A quick overview of this action/task:

  • Assigned To: This is the person how has to do the task. They see it on their dashboard, in reports, against the (in this case) incident, site, people involved and emailed updates.
  • Reviewer: This is the person that the “Assigned To” person submits the Action/Task to so that they can review the outcome and close out the item or reject it (stating reasons). Typically this would be a supervisor or manager
  • Stakeholders: This is an optional list of people in your system. Generally they are staff but they could be anyone. For example staff, contractors, contacts, vendors, member of the general public, etc.

The role of the Inertia Technology platform is to provide clear and effective feedback loops to those that need it in a way that drives productive activity in a compliant way.

In this example it refers to a gate. This could be a damaged boundary gate with the neighbouring property. Rather than having to draft a separate email to the neighbour it is far easier to track them using an email update send to everyone involved when you make a note.

That’s how complicated HSEQ platforms should be. Clear communication, accountability and managed workflow.
